Return for Refund
Angell’s lashes is not responsible for all shipping cost for refunded items. Please ensure to obtain a tracking number from your designated courier as we will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit. If needed a refund, please do send us a request in advance via email.
When will I receive my refund?
It will take up to fourteen business days from the date you shipped the package in order for us to receive your package and process your return. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a confirmation email. Angell’s Beauty will make a return back to the original method of payment.
What is the return period?
Our promise to accept returns is valid within the first 30 days of purchase. You must provide an invoice along with your returned goods. For your own record, we recommend making a second copy of your invoice.
We strictly do not accept any exchanges due to the nature of our product and for sanitary reasons.

If in any way you’re not satisfied with our products, we promise you a full refund within the first 30days of your purchase. We accept all returns in the original packaging along with the invoice. We would like to reassure you that for hygienic reasons all returned products are immediately disposed of and are NOT resold.
